0:02 welcome back everybody we are now
0:05 professional podcasters
0:08 you guys seriously we don’t know if
0:10 we’re doing this right so we are
0:12 hoping and our hearts are really in the
0:14 right spot and we really want to share
0:15 as much information as we can so just
0:17 keep feedback coming for us so that we
0:19 know that you know we’re not wasting
0:21 your time well I guess you could
0:22 actually be turning it off it just hit
0:25 me that they don’t even have to listen
0:26 oh
0:29 you’re here with us at before you
0:31 tank our goal is to help you thrive in
0:34 the industry that we think sucks
0:36 because it’s two percent success rate
0:38 but we got talking about it and
0:40 there was something that we really
0:41 thought was important and that is
0:43 letting go so that you can grow so this
0:46 is for those of you who have a product
0:49 who have done all the due diligence and
0:51 are really trying to get ready to grow
0:54 your business to this huge success and
0:58 you guys sit down it’s gonna take a
0:59 minute
1:00 but you can’t do it alone
1:02 you know IBM didn’t get there all about
1:05 the top so that’s kind of what we want
1:07 to talk about today and so Keith I think
1:08 you’re really great to lead us into this
1:10 because you do a lot more of this piece
1:12 like you’re really with people at the
1:14 end I know it’s interesting too because
1:15 I think it does apply across everyone
1:17 and as we dig into it I’d love to hear
1:18 your take on it but I do see a lot of
1:21 this where someone will come to me if
1:23 they’ve got a product they’ve got a
1:24 business that they want to grow and
1:27 they’ll ask for help but immediately
1:29 they’ll be like but what can I do right
1:32 and they’re like but what can I do to
1:33 like you know and so they and I get it
1:36 right it’s your baby been working on
1:38 this thing forever you’re trying to grow
1:39 it up but there’s this hesitation to
1:42 hand it off to an expert or to you know
1:45 work with somebody when you when you
1:46 step back for a second it’s really easy
1:48 when you’re not in the moment to step
1:50 back and analyze it but when you’re in
1:52 that moment you just kind of get caught
1:53 up with it right oh I’m the expert in
1:56 this thing and so I think for people
1:59 to take something really
2:00 important away it would be this it would
2:02 be you know think about who you want on
2:04 your team and around you right and then
2:06 figure out you know do I need somebody
2:08 with 20 years of product development
2:10 expertise right you don’t have time in
2:12 your life to be an expert in everything
2:13 right 20 years of Licensing expertise 20
2:15 years of marketing expertise whatever it
2:17 be and those people that you’re going to
2:19 have around you trust them to do the
2:21 things that they need to do to make you
2:23 successful right you gotta just tell you
2:25 something really fast I can so relate to
2:27 this you guys
2:29 I didn’t want I have one baby
2:32 and my very first day home from the
2:35 hospital he’s smoking a cigarette over
2:37 my baby’s head so I had the partner that
2:41 I didn’t want so I totally get when you
2:43 talk about being your baby and letting
2:45 go because I was like give me that child
2:47 you will never carry her and so I did
2:50 that divorced him and moved on and got a
2:52 better partner so I know that’s an
2:54 analogy that’s a little weird but I
2:56 totally get it because that was so
2:57 emotional to me and I’m like the person
3:00 I brought on to share my life with I’m
3:03 scared to death you’re going to burn my
3:04 child
3:05 and you’re I know that’s a little
3:07 extreme emotion but that’s kind of how
3:09 we get right we’re like we’ve worked two
3:11 years five years six years you’ve
3:13 created this incredible baby right and
3:15 now you’re saying
3:16 I’m gonna hire you Keith because you’re
3:18 so good at what you do but let me go
3:20 ahead and help you do that yeah right
3:22 right
3:22 exactly all the time I hear that oh I
3:25 get that in my world like you’ve got 30
3:27 years experience but then I get four
3:29 emails a day on what you think I should
3:30 be doing next yeah and this comes from
3:32 no place of ego or anything like that
3:34 right we’re not like oh no not right but
3:36 it’s not really at all it you know as
3:39 you think about that and you approach
3:41 someone what are the things we’ve
3:42 talked to you already about it’s like
3:44 know how to evaluate the people that
3:46 you’re working with right ask really
3:47 really great questions really dig into
3:49 their expertise know their background
3:51 and then when you qualify them let them
3:54 do what they do best right and here’s
3:56 why is because you’ve got 24 hours in a
3:59 day so does everyone else right that’s
4:01 it yeah right I’d love to multiply that
4:05 by the way if you’re working on a
4:06 product right now
4:09 you’ve already invented the product that
4:11 changes that call me but you really you
4:14 really only have that much time and so
4:15 does everyone else and so are you going
4:18 to try to do everything because then
4:21 that’s going to extend your Runway until
4:24 you can actually get this launched until
4:26 you can build this and we’ve talked
4:27 about it in the past right somebody is
4:29 going to catch up to you so get those
4:31 experts around you at the right time
4:33 right early on sure do everything you
4:35 can do it cheap we talk about this these
4:37 are our themes right but when it is time
4:40 trust those people because you don’t
4:42 want to be a bottleneck you kind of you
4:44 see it all the time just kind of
4:45 standing in your own way and not you
4:47 know allowing yourself that success
4:49 because I think you can do that way more
4:51 on everything like I think we get in our
4:54 own way every time oh yeah I see it
4:57 even at product development stage you
4:59 know like we’ve talked about like you go
5:02 to the product developer to solve a
5:04 problem and then
5:05 and I see this and then I see like
5:08 emails that go back and forth and my
5:10 inventor is telling my product developer
5:12 what he’s wrong and he’s like but I’m
5:16 you know I’m a business and I’m
5:18 telling you I can do it this way and it
5:20 it shocks me but I’m like you guys let
5:23 go please let go but yeah I know you
5:25 have to evaluate so you’re not saying
5:27 like you’re giving up the rain you’re
5:29 just saying you know step back let the
5:32 people do what you do guide them as you
5:33 need kind of like guardrails on
5:35 bowling but let them help you be really
5:39 successful right and so in your world
5:41 you know if somebody calls you up and
5:43 they’re like hey I want you to open the
5:44 doors for these incredible companies for
5:47 me because I know you do this super well
5:49 but you have to use my script
5:53 you oh my god I’ve lived that world
5:55 right and I’m like are you kidding me
5:58 because that’s how I get in the doors
5:59 because I have a my own me like I just
6:02 that’s I we always joke some people sing
6:04 some people dance I people answer the
6:06 phone for me I don’t know what that is I
6:08 get those communication and you’re right
6:09 the second you put Lulu in the Box
6:12 against the wall what is a quarter don’t
6:14 put Lulu
6:17 are you gonna do it and then I find that
6:20 I spend more of my time managing my
6:22 client who just spent a whole lot of
6:23 money for me to make you know 500 to
6:25 make that call and now you’re gonna tell
6:27 me how to make it and so you’re right
6:29 now you’ve you really are throwing
6:32 away your money you know I would rather
6:34 you just pick somebody’s brain and then
6:35 if you have to do it yourself but
6:37 seriously can you run if you if you’re
6:40 at home and you have your first baby and
6:42 everybody’s like oh my God this is so
6:44 much new to add but you get the Rhythm
6:46 right all of a sudden you’re like hun I
6:47 need to go to my gym class will you
6:48 watch my baby and off you go now you got
6:50 two kids and you’re like all right hon
6:53 do you have your eye on both because I
6:54 really got to get to work today but you
6:56 had a third you’re screwed it’s over
6:58 there is no like you right you got to
7:01 bring in some help right whether you’re
7:03 going to daycare you’re going to I mean
7:04 I know it’s a crazy analogy but it makes
7:06 perfect sense right so at that point
7:08 your family has grown you need backup
7:10 you need help and that’s what you’re
7:12 saying you’re like you know that to get
7:14 it to Market you need an online guy you
7:16 need a marketing guy need your growth
7:18 strategist you need you know pick who
7:20 you need but you let them do it yeah I
7:22 think so same thing like
7:24 basically
7:25 I agree with you initial thread you have
7:28 to take multiple heads but at one point
7:29 you really need to focus on the core of
7:32 what expert you are in to make that
7:35 business or make money because that’s
7:37 what you are into right so you focused
7:39 on that but then you take other stuff
7:41 other things like may not need your
7:44 attention give it to the right people
7:45 find right person trust them and give it
7:47 to them I have one person like you
7:49 really I’ve got a good friend of mine
7:50 he’s the CEO of another startup right he
7:53 was so much busy with things so he
7:55 don’t have time for anything he was
7:57 answering his email scheduling his
7:59 appointments and everything and one of
8:01 the investors basically told him hey
8:02 hire the assistant to do all those
8:04 paperwork like he was not able to reach
8:06 out to his team because he’s so busy
8:08 doing those things so he’s team is becoming
8:10 bottleneck and then he hired assistance
8:13 and after that his things are he was
8:15 more focused on going to investor going
8:18 to the fundraiser yeah the important
8:21 thing that he’s supposed to do and so
8:22 this is so important because I think
8:24 this is really in a key place to kind of
8:26 shift this conversation we’ve really
8:28 talked about you know the like the
8:30 problems of not you know letting go but
8:33 in a similar way as we think about that
8:36 you just hit on some really important
8:37 things what was he able to accomplish
8:38 right so now for everybody how do we do
8:41 this right how do I shift and not hold
8:43 on I really want you to think about what
8:46 could I accomplish if right we’re so
8:48 programmed to think in the negative oh
8:50 no what if I hand this off and he messes
8:52 it up what if I spend this and it
8:54 doesn’t work out it’s always negative
8:55 but think about the what if in a
8:57 positive sense for a second wait what if
8:59 I brought in the most incredible virtual
9:01 assistant and I don’t ever have to do
9:03 those jobs again what if I expand my
9:06 team and they are running circles around
9:09 me in this area that I used to have to
9:10 do and I don’t love and now my company’s
9:13 taking off or they have relationships
9:15 what if they have relationships that
9:17 open new doors for me what if they make
9:19 a connection not alone could be huge I
9:23 love that I have this new thing for the
9:24 year my new years solution was and I
9:28 explain it in a minute but I always ask
9:30 the question now when I feel like I’m
9:31 hesitant I go if I wasn’t afraid what
9:34 would I do and because I didn’t realize
9:36 I fly a lot lately and I’m okay fine
9:40 but I’m a little claustrophobic so I
9:42 realized that I was paying extra a lot
9:44 of money for the get seed assignment and
9:45 stuff so I realized that this was a
9:47 great question to help me but I started
9:49 noticing in my real life if you have
9:50 underlining fear you don’t know you have
9:52 yeah and so when I feel like I’m
9:53 hesitating I ask myself the question if
9:55 I wasn’t afraid what would I do and
9:58 shockingly enough it says the answer and
10:01 so I it just for me it resonated with me
10:04 it may not resonate with somebody else
10:05 but it helped me to identify for myself
10:08 what I’m not afraid of at all like
10:11 obviously talking is not a problem for
10:12 me so I think that will work but like
10:17 you said I found my strengths so I got
10:18 really good at my strengths and realized
10:21 that look I mean we’re doing a podcast
10:22 because I can’t write this stuff in a
10:25 blog are you freaking kidding me I can’t
10:26 write so I knew I could speak so it
10:29 really in a weird way it really helped
10:31 me go I’m really good at this and Keith
10:33 you know this I have brought ideas to
10:36 you before
10:38 when I was young and early on I was like
10:40 I know product I can get product to
10:42 Market
10:43 I was like I could be running these
10:45 companies and I was like its that weird
10:49 for me and then I had to let my ego one
10:51 day realize I’m not a CEO that is not
10:54 who I am I am the marketing guy I’m the
10:56 salesman I’m the guy who likes to give
10:58 me that challenge get me on Oprah I’m in
11:01 so I’m up for that job but the CEO I go
11:04 hey Keith you want a CEO because you’re
11:06 that guy you’re the guy that does that
11:08 naturally you look at what’s the problem
11:11 what’s the solution and you can guide me
11:14 and you have guided me to say well think
11:16 about this do this and then I can make a
11:18 decision in the right direction so in my
11:20 world you’re on my team because I’m
11:22 willing to trust you with your answer
11:23 and I’m willing to use it so I think
11:25 that’s what we really need to get
11:28 you guys this is like real world issues
11:31 that people talk about all the time
11:32 right they’re like get a
11:34 virtual girl get I heard somebody
11:36 Michael birdoff
11:38 he did my girlfriend bought me this
11:40 donated this course I don’t know exactly
11:42 how it works but it was like three hours
11:43 a night for five nights which you guys
11:45 live in the same world that’s a lot of
11:47 freaking time
11:48 one thing he said about motivating
11:50 yourself and changing your world he said
11:53 everybody tries to keep forcing what
11:56 they don’t do well to to get better you
11:59 always focus on what you’re already well
12:01 at and you find people that fill the
12:03 place but what he said that I thought
12:04 was a really cool was when you get
12:08 better at something in your world the
12:11 rest follows so he’s like
12:14 he liked you to go to like
12:16 Toastmasters and learn how to be a
12:18 better speaker or hire the cleaning
12:20 woman that will clean your house and
12:21 frees you of that so every time you come
12:23 home your house is beautiful oh or join
12:25 a group that a workout thing that you’re
12:27 getting stronger so when you run that
12:29 first three miles in the morning and you
12:31 come home you’re so pumped you’re not
12:32 even thinking about what your next step
12:33 is you’re just making your life happen
12:35 and there’s something so powerful to
12:38 that I will tell you after four nights
12:40 I’m exhausted and I still looked up
12:42 Toastmasters I suck I mean I did it
12:45 because I got because you have successes
12:47 in an area then you can go ahead and be
12:50 more successful and I think what you’re
12:53 saying is when for me I feel successful
12:56 I feel like I’m hiring that right guy I
12:59 can go to bed tonight I can go home and
13:00 tell my wife we got the Weekend off yeah
13:03 because we’re moving yeah and you even
13:04 you wouldn’t hit on a principal that
13:06 they’ve been studying even just you know
13:07 one author calls them working
13:09 Geniuses but you have these strengths
13:10 right you know we all we all realize we
13:12 have these strengths and weaknesses and
13:13 at one point it was common you know
13:15 advice to just like oh focus on all your
13:17 weaknesses and getting them better so
13:19 that you’re well rounded across I think
13:21 a lot of people have really shifted that
13:22 thinking to be like actually there’s
13:24 some areas where you’re really good and
13:26 you have unique gifts Focus there kill
13:29 it there get people get team around you
13:31 for the stuff you’re not good at you
13:32 know and so I’ve even for myself
13:33 identified these things I’m like
13:36 I get no joy out of doing this task over
13:39 and over and over I have got to find
13:41 somebody else to do this who who
13:43 obviously they love it
13:45 the woman who pops my zits loves what
13:48 she’s doing and she’s packed and she
13:51 makes a killing I mean because she loves
13:53 I mean seriously I mean I think that’s
13:55 what they said I love what you do and it
13:58 will everything will work out fine I
13:59 think that’s like trust yourself trust
14:02 your strength and just focus on that so
14:05 if you focused on that that’s where
14:06 you’re going to go for that that’s where
14:07 you’re going to get success so you have
14:08 to let those things go that fear again
14:10 going back to the fear of failure let
14:14 the skin go just trust other people that
14:15 you hiring right person I don’t have
14:17 time for this one I’m gonna have this
14:19 person is going to help me out to boost
14:20 it and end of the day it’s a team effort
14:23 right yeah and Shameless plug but if
14:25 you’re not sure how to find that right
14:27 team definitely go back and listen to
14:28 some of these episodes there’s some
14:30 really good resources and questions to
14:32 ask and really how to evaluate the
14:34 people around you because you know
14:36 you’re gonna need you know a great
14:38 patent attorney if you’re doing a
14:40 product or you’re going to need a great
14:41 product developer you need to somebody
14:43 with that experience and you’re going to
14:45 want to make sure that their ethics and
14:46 values align right so well and I also
14:49 want to highlight
14:51 when you add to your team add smart Okay
14:54 so it was like know when you’re adding
14:56 no and I’m gonna do a Shameless Vlog but
15:00 we we’ve created a startup weekend Katie
15:02 and I from the inventors Club of
15:04 for women and we decided to create
15:06 the startup weekend so that we could
15:08 teach you in a very compact
15:10 time how to do everything right
15:11 invest in something like that or invest
15:14 in the right person because you may
15:16 spend a little in that direction I might
15:18 even feel like a lot at that moment but
15:21 what you’ll end up saving in time and
15:23 hours and dollars is like incredible
15:26 people like when you go back and look at
15:28 the big picture I can’t even tell you
15:30 how many times I’ve looked at my
15:31 inventors and thought God if I knew you
15:33 six years earlier six years early we
15:35 would have saved 700
15:37 000 dollars I can honestly say I have people
15:39 like that yeah and you know to really
15:41 hit that concept home it’s so often we
15:43 get into these things and the reality is
15:45 we don’t know what we don’t know exactly
15:48 and you hear that saying but if you
15:50 really step back and think about it for
15:52 a second what are the things that you
15:54 don’t know yeah well
15:56 start to figure out and put people
15:58 around you doesn’t have to be long-term
16:01 team right it could be at a weekend
16:02 right it could be you know calling
16:03 somebody who you know is an expert in
16:05 the space getting mentoring however you
16:07 start down that path start figuring out
16:09 the things that you don’t know and where
16:11 you need to get it and you know I love
16:13 that because I
16:15 caught on to this after my daughter had a
16:16 brain tumor and we
16:18 just one of those you know I’m a God
16:20 girl but it was one of those things
16:21 where she was young and it was huge and
16:23 they brought in the best guy one of the
16:25 top three in the country took care of
16:27 her brain tumor it was the size of a
16:28 man’s fist and that was a reality check
16:32 for me and what I realized because I am
16:34 a little bit of a control freak and I
16:35 think I know a lot and it I realized
16:38 that all I have to know is how to find
16:39 the right person yeah all I have to know
16:42 is how to find who’s really good in that
16:43 industry because I was the guy if you
16:45 can buy it at Walmart I bought it at
16:47 Walmart not realizing that maybe if I
16:49 bought it at Nordstrom’s I’d still have
16:51 it in five years instead of five months
16:53 so it took me a long time being a single
16:55 mom watching every penny and I get that
16:57 when you’re launching a new business
16:59 you’re watching Everybody you’re making
17:00 every decision but I can’t I have new
17:03 clients that haven’t even signed the
17:05 contract that I have literally already
17:06 saved them for a thousand dollars
17:09 for one you helped me on that they
17:11 paid a thousand for a sample and now
17:12 they’re getting another sample lesson
17:14 like 100 bucks I mean this is stuff
17:16 that’s phenomenal but that’s why you pay
17:18 me because I know how to do that and so
17:21 I think there is really like don’t
17:23 stress yourself out just know what you
17:25 don’t know and then know how to find and
17:28 interview someone that owns so search
17:30 them if they get your product do they
17:32 love your product do they understand
17:33 your product
17:34 make sure they get that part for you
17:36 first and if they get that you guys I’m
17:38 in sales there’s stuff I can’t sell I’ve
17:40 had porno stuff I cannot sell porno
17:43 stuff I can’t get my head out of
17:45 the bag I’m so embarrassed to talk to
17:47 you about porno so you don’t want me you
17:50 you just saw your buddy so
17:53 it’s great so if you’re if you’re you
17:55 know you know that you have products
17:57 where you’re like I just can’t yeah I
17:58 can’t do a good job I can’t take this
18:00 it’s just you know if it and again it
18:02 just doesn’t align values wise right
18:03 right and so that’s a really important
18:05 thing if you’re working with somebody
18:06 not just knowing that their aptitude and
18:09 capabilities but really where do their
18:11 values and motivations and strengths lie
18:13 yeah and I think you both brought
18:15 up a nice Point like if you don’t know
18:17 things right find the mentor you
18:21 mentioned the mentor having a mentor if
18:23 you don’t know that’s really good
18:25 benefits because mentored being through
18:27 those things and they will help you to
18:29 save a lot of pain that you will feel if
18:31 you don’t so even in the personal
18:34 life or even in the business I think try
18:35 to find the mentor that will guide you
18:37 to the process I think that’s very
18:39 helpful for Success well in much
18:41 straight and in that note we’re at
18:43 Groundswell in Melbourne Florida right
18:45 now I flew in from Denver and our
18:49 facility is awesome but it’s in an
18:50 accelerator program right facility and
18:53 you guys there’s mentors here
18:55 they put on programs and they do
18:57 wonderful things so they have big hands
19:00 out to them but you guys they’re
19:01 everywhere there are tons of
19:03 organizations like that I’ve worked at
19:04 them I’ve come in and spoken
19:07 so there are places to find that I
19:09 sometimes cheat a little bit and if I’m
19:12 looking for a product in an industry I
19:14 might call on that association’s
19:17 trade group so there’s always you guys
19:20 seriously look it up I mean there’s an
19:22 association of
19:25 you name it doctors there’s
19:27 associations of chiropractors there’s
19:29 Association of I swear to God I think
19:31 there’s a kids bed spread Association I
19:33 mean it’s crazy how it Narrows down but
19:36 I don’t care what your product is
19:37 there’s going to be an association and
19:39 when you call on that Association they
19:41 know everybody I love to talk to the
19:43 members girl because she knows who’s
19:45 involved so she’ll know who’s the
19:47 biggest manufacturers she’ll know like
19:49 who I’ve done this I’ve called and
19:53 said look I’ve got this really cool
19:54 product have you ever seen it before and
19:56 she’ll be like no but that thing’s
19:57 freaking awesome and she’ll go wait a
20:00 minute you need to show that to so and
20:01 so hold on I got a contact you guys just
20:04 don’t get better than that so you can
20:06 get expert advice without bringing them
20:09 on your team just understanding where to
20:11 go and ask for it to be polite not to
20:14 take advantage and abuse but reach out
20:16 to these great startup companies reach
20:17 out to these great I may not coming
20:19 starter supports and accelerators
20:21 together team and I think we also
20:23 mentioned the co-founders group I think
20:25 there’s a website now where you can
20:26 actually find a co-founder and I think
20:28 co-founder of that group you may be
20:31 a free partner that comes on right I
20:33 don’t even know all kinds of different
20:34 options out there yeah but you know
20:36 kind of goes back to figuring out who
20:38 you’re talking to
20:41 my tip
20:44 I think I’m going to start with my
20:45 tip today which usually I ask Keith
20:47 first but I think my greatest tip is and
20:49 respect to all of us for what we do
20:52 we love you and we want to work with you
20:54 we want to do the best we can for you
20:57 but if you hire us let us do it that’s
20:59 just that’s I think that’s just as
21:01 simple as I can say it
21:03 and whether it’s us or someone else
21:05 but
21:06 we’ve earned it we’ve earned the right
21:07 for you to trust us to do it so let’s
21:10 asse that whoever you hire does give
21:12 them a shot and I work with you I never
21:15 work instead of you yeah but my clients
21:18 once they get comfortable they’re
21:20 awesome you know you reach out as often
21:23 as I do they know they know everything
21:24 I’m doing at the same time I’m doing it
21:26 so let go and go enjoy your life make
21:28 this a fun Journey on a sucky
21:31 all right what’s your tip I think I’m
21:34 gonna go with that like when you hire
21:36 someone or when you partner with someone
21:38 trust them and let them do their job
21:41 like that’s really important because you
21:43 trust you get you got them you partner
21:45 with them because you trust their
21:46 ability so let them do their job don’t
21:49 try to micromanage them and I think
21:51 that’s if you’ve done your good
21:53 evaluation you know let them run right
21:55 yeah
21:56 actually I’m gonna do a funnier tip
21:58 for today
21:59 I would say tip would be if you don’t
22:01 know where to start in some of this
22:03 right if you’ve been hearing this and
22:06 you’re like yeah but I’ve got
22:09 all these questions send them to us I
22:11 mean you know I know like you would much
22:13 rather take a few minutes answer an
22:15 email follow-up you know even talk about
22:17 it on the podcast if you want us to but
22:19 I would say reach out to us if you
22:21 really are stuck because the wealth of
22:23 resources we’re connected to and just
22:25 just sometimes that one question can
22:27 change a lot of things and I’m
22:29 not a plan that for just
22:33 a little bit more you guys listen you can send an email and you can
22:34 to say this is for Keith this is for
22:36 Pawan this is for Luanne the questions or
22:39 just ask in general however you want
22:41 but I do want to say something really
22:43 important when I say that we know each
22:45 other and we know we’re at work we know
22:47 that we’re you can trust us and save so
22:49 it does start with picking the right
22:52 person and you guys reality
22:55 is sometimes you’re going to pick
22:56 somebody that you think is fantastic and
22:57 they were on your team and you divorce
22:59 them it just happens in life so pick
23:02 yourself back up and you know don’t
23:05 get discouraged that you hired the wrong
23:06 employee it’s gonna happen if you own a
23:08 business you’re going to hire a ton of
23:09 employees and you’re going to fire them
23:11 and you’re going to start over so just
23:12 we just want you to have sanity and
23:14 balance in your life and we want you to
23:16 get what you pay for right we don’t want
23:18 you to work so hard not get what you pay
23:20 for so I love what key said you guys we
23:23 genuinely I mean I’ve made a few
23:25 shameful pitches but we truly did not do
23:29 this for jobs for work we truly want to
23:32 help see more successes so we need to
23:35 see more stories of and do your homework
23:37 you guys are on the news like you can
23:39 look up and research people that have
23:41 had some issues in this industry
23:43 be kind in life understand that
23:45 things happen but you know just do your
23:48 homework well and then reach out to us
23:50 if we can guide you we will like you
23:52 said we will and if we feel like it’s
23:53 something that makes sense for everyone
23:55 we’ll share it on the podcast if not
23:56 we’ll all jump in and just give you
23:58 we’re here we can’t always get on the
23:59 phone but we always can get to an email
24:01 right I mean even if Keith is two in the
24:04 morning
24:05 but he has kids at home the whole bed
24:07 all right you guys I want to thank you
24:09 so much we’ve had so much fun with you
24:11 I’ve got to be in Florida which is so
24:14 freaking amazing
24:15 I’m going home to snow in Colorado so
24:17 you guys we will be together next week
24:20 right talk soon okay thanks again bye
24:23 everybody
